Overview

This system is designed as an "add-on" to our Connectwise Migration System software. Moving items from a source to a target Connectwise Manage system is complex due to the mappings required to ensure all attributes are correctly set. We have made that process easy! Simply select the target location, department (division or business unit), the target default sign-off template and the 4 board managers and begin the copy process. Currently the Board Copy System copies the following board attributes:

• Board Statuses
• Associated status email templates
• Service Types
• Service Sub-Types (with type associations)
• Items (Item association links are pending some API updates)

Licensing and Pricing

A 10 year free trial is built into the system. The subscription can be activated on two machines.

The price of this software is $0. The subscription term is for 10 years, and 1000 Migration licenses are included with the initial purchase. Additional migration licenses can be retrieved directly from within the application. Migration license pricing varies depending on quantity and can be seen in the built in purchasing screen which calculates pricing in real-time based on quantities selected.

Requirements

• Connectwise 2019.6 or later is required. This application utilizes the Connectwise REST API - no database access is required.
• .NET 4.7.2 or later is required on the machine running this software (Windows 10, Server 2012 or newer recommended ) NET 4.7.2 is a free download from Microsoft if not already installed on your system.
